Ricky Martin’s Miami Home Can Be Yours For A Mere $11 Million

Ricky Martin’s Miami home is up for sale and, if you happen to have $11 million rattling around in your pockets, it could be yours. Cheap, right?

The mansion is actually something of a downgrade for Ricky, who, back in 2008, placed two homes on the market - one in Miami Beach and another in Golden Beach.

The Miami Beach house is located right on the water and includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Tiny, sure, but we think with some design ingenuity and an IKEA gift card you can somehow make it work.

And, if you ever want to escape your embarrassingly small hovel, you can take a dip in the property’s pool or hot tub. Try not to be ashamed that the 19,320 square foot waterfront property doesn’t also have a golf course, ice-skating rink or bounce house.

His second (third?) home was in Golden Beach Mansion overlooked the Atlantic Ocean. The 9,882 square feet boasted 101 feet of private ocean front, yet had a (mere)  5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and one half-bathroom. The asking price for that home had been $22,500,000.

Does this mean Ricky is staying put in Puerto Rico? Will he get another, less cottage-like home in Miami? You should really think of moving to Kendall, Ricky.
