Well the votes are in for the first level of Guanabee’s Hottest Latino Journalist Cook-Off. The competition at times has gotten ugly, but no one ever said that the business of pretty is, well, pretty. Now the first 32 contestants have been whittled down to sixteen. Eight men and eight women hot enough to melt your newswire will advance tomorrow when we begin the next level of our hotness competition. As always, you can keep up with the results of the competition match-ups here. Good luck and may the prettiest journalists win.

  1. I stood in between Maria Santana and Fernando Diaz at the NAHJ convention and my notepad almost caught on fire.

  2. I don’t know who Alex is but he’s pretty cute!
