“You’re A Fucking Beaner! You’re All Beaners!” Screams Big Brother Contestant, Rather Incorrectly

We don’t watch Big Brother because we’re not especially interested in the daily lives silly drunks who aren’t our friends, but perhaps we should start tuning in as an anthropological experiment of sorts: How long does it take for people to have a camera on them before they feel comfortable acting like the true, rage-fueled xenophobic terrors that they are?

Season 11 of Big Brother has, of course, its very own resident racist, this time in the form of  internationally-renowned model / actor / pouty person / corny-ass loser Braden. When the housemates decided to place Braden up for eviction, he confronted two of his roommates, Lydia and Kevin, about the situation. In order to make his point in an articulate manner, he called Kevin - who is half-black, half-Asian - a “beaner from San Diego.” 

While Lydia chastised Braden for having used a slur, Kevin seemed a little more miffed that no one ever seems to have any idea what ethnicity he actually is: “You’re so fucking racist. I’m a Beaner? You don’t even know what a Beaner is! What ethnicity am I, motherfucker?” 

Lydia then called Braden a “white fucking gringo” before informing him that he could “kiss my Latina ass.” 

Why so classy, people?
