		<description>I am curios to know, how many Latino firefighters are on the opposite side of Ben Vargas, that is,  Latino men who benefited from New Haven city officials decision to forgo a test for promotions.  Or was it only Black Americans who benefited?  Or White Americans?  Why are journalists not asking the same questions or doing their due diligence?</description>
