Shakira is continuing her strange and wondrous metamorphosis into Beyoncé by dressing up in a sort of drag queenesque homage to the entertainer during a recent photo shoot.
Shakira Tweeted the image at left, adding: "A small advance from a photo session (behind the scenes). Don't show it to my parents please!" And then followed up, somewhat adorably, with: "Be patient. The pic is comming just let me figure out how to use this thing!" Aw, Shakoncé.

ReplyShakonce alienated most of her Colombian fan base a few years ago when she decided to go blonde and slutty for the US market. I remember her in the mid-90s when she was naturally cute, and she was actually famous for being a unique folksy type of singer, not for gyrating all over the place while warbling like a rabid goat. On top of that, she's offended Colombians even more now that she supposedly speaks in an Argentine accent she picked up from her long-time boyfriend. Ugh - Whatever Shaki!
