This sign was photographed at a Honduran solidarity rally in Caracas, Venezuela today. It features the mayor of Caracas, Antonio Ledezma, and the ousted president of Honduras Manuel Zelaya in the same, S.O.L. boat. Ledezma, has been on a hunger strike for five days now in an attempt to call international attention to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez’s tendency to strip elected, local officials of their authority and Zelaya recently got booted the heck out of Honduras by his military for being too friendly with Hugo Chavez, amongst other things.
