Colin Powell On Sonia Sotomayor: She’s Not Racist, Reverse-Racist, Or Racialist

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell stood up for fellow Bronx native Sonia Sotomayor on CNN’s State of the Union by poo-pooing allegations that Sotomayor is a “reverse-racist” - or racialist - because she thinks she possesses and earthy wisdom unknown to the White Devil. 

Powell said Sotomayor, a “very gifted and accomplished woman,” should be confirmed in next month’s Senate hearings and that she possesses an open “bent of mind.” Dude called her bent.

This made us wonder what would happen if Powell were to stick up for other famous Bronxians…
