In this 2006 PSA for Teen Source that was apparently shot at three in the morning at a pizza parlor in the East Village after a night of too many whippets, P.T. Anderson player Luis Guzman asks teens if they are ready for the responsibility of buying Pampers should they impregnate their young lady. “Let me ask you something: Are you getting it?
