Update On The Case Of Maxi Ratunamun, Ruhama Canellis’ (Alleged) Ex
9 July 2009, 1:45 PM. By Alex Alvarez
Maxi Ratunamun, the man who insists that ex Ruhama Canellis and her now-husband Alberto Cutié had attempted to get him deported, is now working with immigration lawyers in order to stay in the country.
It turns out that Maxi did not come into the U.S. illegally but, rather, overstayed his visa. We mean, wouldn’t you put your legal status in jeopardy for a woman who would (allegedly!) hire someone to kill you?
His lawyer, Robin Hellman, explains Maxi’s situation and says she is confident that he can stay in the U.S:
The criminal charges against Maxi (for trespassing and not having proper documentation) have been dropped. His suit against Ruhama and Alberto is, as of now, still ongoing.
Which means he’s that much closer to staying in this country and eventually getting how own reality series: Maxi’s Pad: Chillin’ At Home With Ruhama’s (Alleged!) Ex.
