The concert was in Puerto Vallarta, it was in June. There were a couple of singers lined up. But it's working... I've found air fares as low as $245 Round trip to Cancun from San Francisco and LA.. with those prices people are booking and it's going fast! yeah it’s the Vive Mexico campaign…

The only reason they are hosting the conference there is that they want tourist. Since the outbreak of Swine Flu, people have stopped traveling to Mexico. Not so long ago, Alejandro Fernandez gathered a group of musicians and held a free concert to attract tourist into the country. My point is, Mexico is doing whatever it takes to bring people (people=money). That cookie is so cute!
