Perez Hilton Confirms He Doesn’t Write His Blog Alone Anymore (Or At All, Probably)

That handwriting analyst we talked to about Perez Hilton’s site was right: Perez isn’t the only one drawing cum stains on Robert Pattinson’s face. Due to a court case Perez is involved in regarding Jonathan Lewandowski, (aka, Jonathan Jaxson–the kid Perez solicited sex tapes from in return for furthering his career, which he never made good on), Perez is accused of breaching a contract with Lewandowski by mentioning his name on PerezHilton.com on February 3, Perez cited in legal documents filed in a federal court, that it wasn’t him who wrote Lewandowski’s name on the blog. It was his sister, Barbara Lavandeira. Surprise, surprise.

Someone forwarded the documents to Defamer who sent them our way. The juicy part (from Perez’s Lawyer to Jonathan’s, which sounds as catty as two gays in a hairbrush fight) is here:

As an initial matter, the Michael Lohan quote at issue was posted by Barbara Lavandeira, not Mr. Lavandeira. Barbara Lavandeira is employed by the Website’s owner, a corporate entity that is separate and distinct from Mr. Lavandeira.

Dum dum dum! Lavandeira, of course, is Perez’s real last name, first name Mario. So, why is this a big deal? Well, because Perez refuses to acknowledge his ghost writers, of which there have been many, dating back years. As recently as last month, Perez told Time Online in a video interview that his sister only works for him as an assistant but that he writes the site alone.) And he continues to profit from the hard work of others by taking credit for their work. Meanwhile, as this lawsuit suggests, he takes advantage of gullible young bloggers who look up to him. He’s a slimeball. And furthermore, we assume it’s his sister’s posting of late that has completely eradicated the site’s once so-juvenile-it’s-kinda-funny humor. Which means while Perez gets richer, the quality of his site gets poorer.
