Yolanda Saldivar Is In Yer Prizns Studying Yer Lawz

In a melodramatically produced special report that would make a telenovela director proud, Univision gossipmongers El Gordo Y La Flaca featured an interview with Selena Quintanilla’s 49 year-old, convicted murderer Yolanda Saldivar direct from the Texas penitentiary where she’s been living for fourteen years. Donning an eggshell frock that caused her to more closely resemble a nurse than a cold-blooded killer, Saldivar gave a shout-out to her family before telling the chichontastic correspondent, (Anybody know her name??? They don’t credit a sistah.), that she is taking the matter of her parole into her own hands. Studying the lawlz and working on her paralegalz! We don’t blame her since, last month, that idiot, Santa Claus-looking defense lawyer of hers filed in THE WRONG COURT. A pretty tough blow considering Saldivar had been waiting nine years for the court date. But, represent herself? What possible case could she even have?
People say it isn’t possible that [murdering Selena] was an accident, but when you don’t know how to handle a firearm and you are in a moment of weakness, a suicidal state, it can happen.
Ah, the “I Hate Myself,” defense. Saldivar also claims that when she was in that truck outside the Corpus Christi Days Inn where she shot Selena, (Member? In the scene from the movie??? “Look at what I’ve done to my best friend!“), she had no idea that Selena was even hurt, let alone dead. Oh, werd? Well, why didn’t you say so, Yolanda? Here you go. Free as a bird. Go have a Whataburger or something. Get outta here. NOT. We personally cannot wait for her next court date to arrive sometime around Two thousand twenty- hum hum. It’s going to be better than My Cousin Vinny.

I really don’t think she could get out of prision. Even she think’s she had no idea how to use a weapon. Then the question remains. Why carry a weapon around waiting for your best friend and meet her at a Days Inn Hotel. Maybe her intentions were not to kill her but, only to scare Selena but, the fact is fact. Selena is dead and no one can bring her back. Yolanda’s intentions were evil since, by carring a weapon that she claims she didn’t know how to use and meeting her in a Days Inn Hotel Room. Why not in a park or somewhere public. There’s no innocents behind her. I am not saying that because everyone love Selena and she is gone now. I am saying that because the fact is reality. Nothing more nor nothing less.
Only Selena and Yolanda know what truly went down. The ugly truth is, we can’t get Selena back.
