Literally, We Hope: Alberto Cutié And Ruhama Will Appear On Oprah

Alberto Cutié and his new wife, Ruhama, have been invited to appear on Oprah’s show along with his step-son, Christian. According to TVnotas, the publication which first ran photos of Cutié and Canellis getting sand in one another’s bathing suit areas on a Miami beach, Oprah was first attracted to the couple after learning that Cutié is (or was) referred to as “Father Oprah.” ‘Cuz she’s vain like that.

Oprah’s TV crew, whom are all named Oprah, traveled from Chicago (Oprahland) to South Florida to film Alberto and Ruhama over the course of two days. 

It isn’t known when Alberto’s episode will air, but we’re sure that, now that he’s actually in an open and public relationship with Ruhama, their won’t be any footage of him slipping his hands down her swim suit. Funny how that works. 

Also: How transparent this is on Alberto’s part. Sure his story was covered on several English-language media outlets (including right here), but it would be incredibly reaching to say he’s a recognized part of mainstream pop culture. But what better way to parlay his recent scandal into mainstream fame than by appearing on Oprah’s show? It’s not as if Anglo housewives in the midwest really need to hear “Alberto’s Side of the Story,” because they’ve likely never heard of him. What an awesome way to introduce the rest of America to lesser-known Latino media figures. Thanks, Cutié.
