Michael Jackson’s Son Blanket Has A “Pretty Latino Nurse” Named Helena For A Surrogate Mom

Michael Jackson’s youngest child, seven-year-old Blanket, (né Prince Michael Jackson II), was born to a Mexican lady. Michael Jackson is the little womb ferret’s biological father and the identity of the woman who donated her eggs in order to conceive Blanket is unknown, but he was brought into this strange, topsy-turvy world by a Latina named Helena.
She is described as a “pretty Latino nurse.” Which is coded language if we’ve ever heard it. A “friend” confirms our suspicions at to what “pretty Latino” means, exactly:
He chose Helena because she had a latino background but she was also a US citizen and had quite fair skin.
He liked her because she was very attractive and seemed stable and intelligent. She was a nurse or medical assistant, which he also liked.
She was around 5ft 4ins, slim, aged around 30 and had long, dark, straight hair. He said she was strait-laced, almost a girl next door type.
Which is interesting because it isn’t as if the baby is genetically related to the surrogate so it wouldn’t have mattered if she was some horrid trollturkey as long as she kept fit and healthy during pregnancy. Either way, Ms. Helena was personally chosen by Jackson to carry his third child and was paid $20,000 for her services. Michael is said to have called her several times during her pregnancy to make sure everything was going ok and even carried around a picture of her to show to friends.
Dr. Maria Castillo (theme!), the doctor who delivered Blanket, says she had no idea who the baby belonged to when it was born, and that a lawyer who was present during the delivery immediately took the baby once it was born (Is that legal?). When she saw that the baby had been named “Prince Michael Jackson II,” she recalls assuming the mom liked Prince and Michael Jackson quite a bit. Bless her heart.
Although Helena and Blanket became fairly well acquainted over a nine month period, she holds no legal claim to the child as her own.
