Fallout Begins In Cases Involving Deputy Jonathan Bleiweiss

Broward Deputy Jonathan Bleiweiss, the officer accused of sexually assaulting several undocumented Latino immigrants, is beginning to feel a backlash as cases involving him are, as predicted, beginning to unravel. An assault case wherein 53-year-old Michael King was arrested and charged with committing battery on Deputy Bleiweiss has been dismissed and more cases are likely to follow as investigators continue to look into them.

So far, officials have identified 118 questionable cases where Bleiweiss is listed as either a witness or an arresting officer - including those involving the murders of two officers.

Bleiweiss’ attorney, Eric Schartzreich, told the court that he wanted his own team to comb through his client’s squad car. According to court documents, most of the crimes allegedly committed by Bleiweiss took place in the back of his vehicle. Schartzreich would also like question Bleiweiss’ alleged victims, whose identities have remained secret. 

Bleiweiss, who is being held in protective custody without bail until his bond hearing on Friday, showed up to court dressed in a standard-issue khaki jumpsuit, looking pale and like a man who’d been accused of sticking chorizo where it does not belong:

 
Watching this video, we now know why were immediately creeped out by Bleiweiss. He looks like the love child of Michael Lohan and Kevin James. Which, not sure about you, is not an image we want to picture between our legs after being stopped for a routine traffic ticket.
