Jenny Sanford Moves Out Of The Governor’s Mansion. Might We Suggest Argentina As Her Next Home?
7 August 2009, 9:57 AM. By Alex Alvarez
Jenny Sanford, estranged wife of South Carolina governor Mark Sanford, is moving out of the Governor’s Mansion in which she’s lived for the past six-and-a-half years. Jenny and her four sons will be move into their family home in Charleston.
Here you can see the inside of her moving truck, sure to soon be filled with books, toys, clothing, and an overwhelming sense of relief. Mark Sanford, you recall, was recently thrust into the national spotlight after tearfully recounting his affair with an Argentine journalist named Maria Belen Chapur. Sanford, in a probably ill-advised fit of truth, also admitted to having had inappropriate relationships with other women, as well.
Jenny Sanford, in a move uncharacteristic of many wives of shameless politicians, refused to stand publicly by her husband as he spewed this truth vomit all over various podiums. Privately, she has said she knew about her husband’s affair for some time and had explicitly warned him not to visit his Argentine lover when he expressed a need to “get away from it all.”
We wish her the best.

She should just throw him in the moving truck and stay put.
