Jesus Luz Is A DJ Now: Good For Him

We make a lot of fun of Jesus Luz around here, mostly because he is ridiculous, but, really, we’ve got to hand it to the kid: He’s done better for himself than a lot of Madonna’s temporary boy-toys.  He’s been getting work despite being an awful model! And now he’s extending his bland brand into DJing! Good for him!

This past Saturday, Jesus spun at Pacha nightclub in Búzios. According to rumor, he isn’t charging for his services, merely requesting (demanding?) he be provided with a business class plane ticket and hotel accommodations. For those of you in or around São Paulo, Jesus’ next gig will be this Friday at Royal. 

We mean, really. Take a look at how Madonna’s previous flings are now coping:

• Alex Rodriguez is so lost and broken-hearted since their break-up that he’s dating a watered-down (but no less spunky) version of Madge in Kate Hudson. But, no, not Jesus Luz.
• Sean Penn is writing fanfic for dictators and pretty much boning everything that moves, prompting him and his wife, Robin Wright Penn, to get divorced about seventeen times.
• Carlos Leon is looking hot and keeping a relatively low profile. Which is a shame, really, because we’re sure he’d make a hot designer / DJ / singer / perfumer / figure skater. 
• Jose Canseco is… Jose Canseco. 
• Ingrid Casares is still hanging out with Madonna, but is not the “it girl” or night club icon she once was.
• Tupac is most likely deceased. 
• And we can’t even remember who a lot of the other ones were. Jenny Shimizu? Some camera guy? Skat Cat?

So, keep up the good word, Jesus. You’re way ahead of the pack.
