Noel Gallagher Leaves Oasis, Lands On Our List Of “Worst Sibling Rivalries.” Bro.

Noel Gallagher has gone Wonder AWOL (Ohhhhhh. Monday.), and left Oasis because of a remark his brother and bandmate, Liam, allegedly made about his daughter. During a fight between the two brothers, Liam jokes that Noel might not be the father of his nine year old daughter, Anais. Ouch. Noel informed fans on his website that the experience had “been a fucking pleasure,” but that he’s out for good. Again. 

These two are just one of seven feuding siblings that make our own relationship to our young brother seem positively peachy. Check it out:

The constant bickering between these two brothers have probably resulted in more headlines than their actual music. So rock ‘n roll. If they’re anything like us, the main source of their fights is probably, “Oy, which one of us is Liam, again? Me?” “NO, ME!” 

6. Niles & Frasier Crane

These two made it a spot above the Gallaghers because, though they don’t really “fight,” per se, their constant bickering is über annoying. If we had an apartment like Frasier’s, we’re not sure we’d argue with anyone, ever.

5. Bart & Lisa Simpson

The quintessential fighting siblings, we know a lot of people can relate (ahem) to their tiffs. The reason these two are so realistic, despite being bright yellow cartoon characters, is that you know, deep down, they really care about one another and have one another’s backs. Even if “Bart” constantly leaves “Lisa” really annoying, misspelled Facebook wall posts.

These two fictional brothers have the same dream - to play soccer - but their selfishness and their constant fighting make it difficult for them to do anything but look really hot. 

3. Thalia & Laura Zapata

These half-sisters are related by blood and marriage. They share a mom, plus Laura married one of Thalia’s father’s cousins. These two, both famous in their own right, are often in headlines because of Laura’s remarks about how Thalia spends her money and thinks she’s too good for the rest of her family. Maybe she thinks this because they, you know. Badmouth her to the press?
