Bolivian Religious Fanatic Hijacks Mexico Plane, Says Passenger

A passenger on the hijacked Aeromexico Flight 576 from Cancun says at least one of the men arrested was talking incessantly about the Bible and kept standing up during the flight. The woman, Adriana Romero, maintains that no one seemed nervous or alarmed and that passengers did not realize there had been any threats made until after being evacuated.
Here she is discussing the alleged Bible-thumper:
Translation:
Adriana: The person I was talking about who kept standing up during the flight is the one they thought was suspicious. The people who came out after me - they took like six, seven men off - say he was a Bibile fanatic from Bolivia.
Anchor: A Bible fanatic from Bolivia?
Adriana: That’s what they told me, yeah.
The New York Times corroborates these claims, adding that another passenger, who refused to give her name, witnessed one of the hijackers holding a Bible during the flight.
The woman added that officials urged all passengers not to use their cell phones or take pictures, but, obviously, many are not taking that order to heart. Someone, for example, saw it fit to get footage of the hijackers’ luggage:
