Mr. And Mrs. Anthony-Lopez Go To Washington, Meet Barack Obama, Chew Gum

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony recently ventured from the very depths of The Block and headed to Washington D.C. in order to celebrate his birthday, attend a speech by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and to celebrate Anthony’s Lifetime Achievement award at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s gala. All right after making a brief appearance in Panama. Busy Latinos, there two are.
Jennifer and Marc didn’t disappoint, clothing-wise, but Jennifer was photographed smacking chicle like a junior high hoochie whose waiting after school to knock your teeth out with her Hello Kitty thermos.
President Obama even took some time out to congratulate Marc Anthony:
I want to congratulate Marc Anthony, not only because it’s his birthday, but also because he’s being honored tonight as an artist who has shared not only his music but his heritage with all of us. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that [CHC Chairwoman] Nydia [Velazquez] has a crush on you that you were provided this award. She’s not alone. I’m telling you, J.Lo, watch out.

Cut the girl a break, I’m sure she was super nervous, and she probably took the gum out before she got there (I hope). But…that nude dress does look a bit too provocative for the occasion.
What’s up with the two outfits? Did she have a costume change or something? Are these from two different events? I’m confused…
Yup. She wore the cream one for Pelosi’s speech and the black one for the gala.
