Fun Facts From Florida: Marcy Pappalardo Tried To Sell Child For Gas Money

Marcy Pappalardo of Melbourne, FL attempted to make money in a fun, creative way. And what does she get for hustling and thinking outside the box? Arrested! For child neglect! Pappalardo, you see, had tried to sell her six-year-old son to a tow truck driver in exchange for gas money. The driver in question, Roy Baijnath, decided he wasn’t quite interested in purchasing a strange child that day and declined her offer.

Concerned, Bajinath then followed Pappalardo’s car in his tow truck while calling police. Once her car was pulled over by authorities, Pappalardo and her passenger, Mallory Acker, told police that Bajinath had asked for sex in exchange for gas money and made up the story about the child in order to cover his tracks.

 
Sad. And amateurish. Everyone knows that when you sell a child, you do so in parts to make more money.
