Tom Brady And Gisele Are Being Sued Over That Whole “Shooting During Their Wedding” Thing
22 September 2009, 3:51 PM. By Alex Alvarez
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s wedding in Costa Rica had all the makings of a fairytale: A Prince Charming, an evil stepmother, a goblin and shots fired at two local photographers. Now, the two photographers - Rolando Aviles and Yuri Cortez - have filed a suit for one million dollars against the couple for having allowed their security personnel to fire at them.
The photographers claim they had been given clearance to snap photos of the wedding from a nearby property, but were nonetheless accosted by Tom Brady’s evil minions. The men say one security person demanded their camera and memory cards and, after one of the photographers managed to run away, the other was grabbed by the bodyguard, who proceeded to twist his arm. And give him a wet willie
Then, they say, 5 other men joined in, refusing to let the captured photographer go for some time. When they finally did allow him to return to his SUV, to which the other photographer had off run, the security team made them drive to Gisele’s home. It as this point that the two photographers decided to escape Tom’s security team by speeding away in their SUV, prompting the men to open fire on their vehicle.
Aviles and Cortez claim Brady and Bundchen were at fault for the shooting for having been negligent in hiring and properly training their security team.
