Rockera Alejandra Guzman is still valiantly recovering from her bout with grossness, but has made time to deliver a message to her fans via her publicist. Aw! We guess.

Guzman, who is resting up in Mexico after having an angiolipoma removed from her lower back, would like to thank her fans for caring about her and for not believing those pesky rumors that she was in the hospital because her ass exploded during a cosmetic procedure:

Thanks for being here and for for caring about me. As soon as I’m discharged, we’ll talk.

Her doctors say she’s doing well on antibiotics and is healing a-ok. Which is good, because we need her around to give us outfit and hairstyle inspiration.
