They're usually injections of industrial strength silicone used to plump up buttocks and other areas, it's completely unsafe and illegal and it's almost impossible to actually remove it. And it hardens and causes scarring. I mean, these celebs are not the barely literate teenage runaways of my documentary, they are fairly wealthy, well-known people who could have top of the line medical care and beauty advice. The whole thing is really dumb, and as much as it pains me to say it, they had it coming to them. Who the fuck has strange substances injected into their body by non-professionals?
