Ad Urging CNN To Fire Xenophobe Lou Dobbs Will Not Be Aired On CNN

So, in a totally unexpected move, CNN has announced they will not air an ad urging that very network to drop Lou Dobbs, he of the racist, xenophobic, anti-immigrant rhetoric. This comes mere hours after the network had actually given an initial ok for the PSA to run. What ¢hanged their mind$?
Immigrant advocacy group America’s Voice created the ad in an effort to urge CNN to rid themselves of Dobbs and his hate speech. Here’s the group’s mission statement, from their own website:
The mission of America’s Voice is to realize the promise of workable and humane comprehensive immigration reform. Our goal is to build the public support and create the political momentum for reforms that will transform a dysfunctional immigration system that does not work into a regulatory system that does.
And a good way of ensuring that this will happen is to, of course, cut out all the needless noise and distracting fear-mongering that often sprouts up during talks about immigration and immigration reform.

Lou Dobbs is a racist brute in denial.
His friends, the neo-nazis, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Sean Faggity, and glenn beck totally support Cnn( a “liberal” station) only because Lou Dobbs is on Cnn.
I am sure that the more ant-immigrant, anti-intellectual, anti-rights voices are on the air… people like them will support the stations that host parasites like themselves.

What is REALLY interesting is that he is married to a Mexican-American woman. This leads me to believe his vendetta against immigrants has to have some kind of personal motive. Maybe his wife has realized she’s married to a sack of sh*t and he’s like yea? you want to f*ck the pool boy? well, I’m going on CNN tonight and talking about how Mexicans spread leprosy! Ha! Take that!
Or…maybe he just eats the hearts of little children. Either way, CNN needs to restore its credibility and get rid of his faux-journalism.

I dislike Lou Dobbs as much as the next person, but there is someone else over at CNN that must go. Alex Castellanos, a reporter at the network, has worked as a consultant in securing advertising dollars for health insurance companies, even while as an “impartial” on-air journalist debating against health care reform.
