Para Todos Magazine Presents Their “20 Más Atractivos” List

Hey, kids, guess what time it is! Why, it’s time for another list of attractive Latinos!*
*who work in the entertainment field, are generally under the age of 40 (Lucero, at exactly 40 is the oldest), and are overwhelmingly white.
This time, the list comes courtesy of Para Todos magazine. Topping their list is Portuguese-Canadian singer Nelly Furtado who, for some reason, decided to borrow Courtney Cox’s face to wear on the magazine’s cover:

What do you all think of this list? Do we really need to verify that that the same handful of popular Latinos (or Spaniard or Honorary Latinos…) are considered attractive to mainstream audiences? What purpose do these lists serve other than as publicity for these stars’ upcoming projects and a possible raise for their respective publicists? It’s enough to make us just want to grab William Levy, do terrible things to him, and that forget what the original point of writing this sentence was! Hmph!

You’re right: Her human age is 41. To be fair, though, I think of her as being a bit like Cthulhu. Old, yes. But ageless.

Gael Garcia Bernal lost all my family members–especially the women–when he went all Team Polanski. Amazingly, supporting child rapists is a “turn off” for some. Who knew?
