Well, Tuesday's Guanabee party, hosted by Ariana Rockefeller, went off without a hitch. There was a list at the door and we hear that our own Luis Tavarez was batting them away with a giant chile. Meanwhile, DJ’s Sam Bradford and Marcelo Cunning mixed obscure Latin pop with some recent faves as partygoers sampled “Guanabee Dinamitas”, a tequila cocktail Jose Cuervo Tradicional designed just for us. The guest list included the likes of Gawker’s Nick Denton and PR guru Kelly Cutrone mixing it up with Guanabee readers and "it" kids from across the media universe, (The Fire And Reason somehow ended up there), all munching on pulled pork quesadillas. You shoulda been there. Well, at least you can check out the photos.

I just went through half of the pictures & I am SADDENED by you New Yorkers.... Not 1 pair of hoop earrings... nobody recycled their prom dress... nothing elicit was captured... everybody was, ugh, tasteful. What kind of bunk-ass party bus are you guys driving? Who's planning the Bay Area party??? You need me on that planning committee 'cause my first motion is to have the pachanga in Oakland!
