Orale güeys, check out these links from our homies. Today we feature girls with light sabers, more girls kicking ass, thieving, stand-up comedians who exploit black people, and the worst coach in America. Enjoy.
These girls have the force with them. Need we say more?
Elizabeth Lambert isn't the only girl that's kicking ass and taking names.
You know who we hate? That annoying UPS whiteboard guy. Good thing he may be getting fired.
Is it wrong to want this hypothetical showdown to happen? Eh, who cares. We'd still pay to see it happen.
Who's the worst coach out there? Our money's on Mangini. That guy's team is really bad.
We hope some day we win this distinction.
Apparently, being a stand-up comic does not pay.
Because you can never have enough touchdown celebrations.

fyi, you guys are spelling "gueys" wrong. that's how you pluralize it in ENGLISH. in SPANISH, it's "gueyES". just because you're chicano doesn't mean you need to be ignorant of spanish.
ReplyLet me hit you with some knowledge, guey: To begin with, the etymology of the word itself derives from slang, meaning that it permits using it in whichever form you want to. If we wanted, we could also spell it as 'wuey'. That would also be correct, since it's the colloquial spelling of the word in certain regions of Mexico. Secondly, we purposefully chose to use "gueys" instead of "gueyes" for the simple reason that the former allows us to use the word as a pun. The manner in which we use it is a play on the word way, so that "gueys of the world" sounds like "ways of the world". If you would further like to discuss this issue, please feel free to email me, and I'd be more than glad to talk about it with you. One last thing, I'm not a chicano, nor would I claim to be one. The term is very geographically and politically charged, and it's not in tune with my views of the world, so please refrain from making baseless accusations. Thanks for the comment, though. We like it when our readers give us feedback.
