New York City artist Maluca has just released an EP called El Tigeraso and the titular single is todo fly as she might say. In the video (below), girlfriend is walking through Harlem Washington Heights(!!!) dressed to go out, but wearing big ass curlers in her hair and house slippers. Something we do inside, in our souls, everyday.
Maluca describes her sound as a mix of everything she likes from New York City: Latin beats, merengue mixed with acid house, reggaeton mixed with drum and bass, some hip hop beats, some mambo, some cumbia and some junta mixed with electro. We just know it sounds toight.

A "tigere", and its superlative cousin, the "tigeraso," is a Dominican slang term akin to the Mexican-American "vato", describing a street-wise young male. Culture people!
