A new unauthorized biography of Oprah Winfrey is slowly doling out zingers from its pages that make Oprah sound like a crazy huila. Today comes news that, according to Oprah's family, she greatly exaggerated the poverty she grew up with as a child, and also exaggerated the claims of sexual abuse. Of course, this all comes from cousins, so, like, yeah we've got some of those, too.

"Where Oprah got that nonsense about growing up in filth and roaches I have no idea,” Katherine Carr Esters said. “I’ve confronted her and asked, ‘why do you tell such lies?’ Oprah told me ‘that’s what people want to hear. The truth is boring."

The book, which comes out today, also accuses Oprah of tons of lesbionics, like with Diane Sawyer (ew) and says that Oprah lived with John Tesh in Nashville before either one of them was famous? WTF??? According to a story released yesterday and confirmed by the New York Daily News, Tesh moved out on Oprah in the middle of the night because he couldn't handle their interracial relationship. Which would explain why Oprah might be "asexual," as her cousin suspects. That's some cold-hearted shit.

Diane Sawyer got a plum job working for Richard Nixon when she was a blonde, spry lass of 25 with only a job as a weathergirl and a pageant queen (and an wellesley degree) under her belt, so you know, she was definitely boning someone there. If Oprah really did take a dive into Diane's Muff, she is only one degree removed from Nixon and his peeps in terms of doing the nasty. Gross. Oprahgate.
