Cristian Castro Defends Drunk Driver Who Killed A Man

Cristian Castro spoke out in defense of Celia Lora, daughter of Mexican rock musicians Alex and Chela Lora who is currently in prison for causing an accident that killed a man while she was drunk driving. Speaking to Mexican gossip show Ventaneando, Cristian Castro said the following:

What happen was an accident. I believe in accidents and, well... the unfortunate thing was that the daughter [Celia] was there. I think we should support the Lora family and see what happens. Everyone has an accident.

An accident would be stepping on someone's toes while dancing. Getting loaded at a Mexico City nightclub until 4 am and then deciding to get behind the wheel? Well, that's just irresponsible. We're sure that Celia didn't intend to kill Pedro Ávalos Corona. Then again, we're pretty sure Pedro Avalos Corona wasn't planning on dying and leaving behind a widow with four children, either.
