William Levy stands accused, in a civil suit filed in Los Angeles this week, of forcing a seventeen year-old girl to give him oral sex. The girl, who was named in the Latin press, and her mother, Ana Saucedo, filed the suit in LA County Court this week claiming sexual assault, offensive groping, emotional harm and unlawful deprivation of freedom, and requesting $ 2.5 million for their troubles. Which is the suspicious part. Why not seek criminal charges? Then again, perhaps they did and were told they didn't have a case. Levy is denying the charges which include the allegation that he took the girl up to his hotel room at the HIlton in Los Angeles on July 19, 2010 and would not allow her to leave. The plaintiff also claims that Levy choked her and ejaculated in her mouth which lead to her contracting a sexually transmitted disease resulting in a hospital visit.

Saucedo also claims she was verbally abused by Levy, as she was somehow in an adjoining room. Also, a press release offering exclusive details on the suit were sent to multiple media outlets on the day the suit was filed. The only people having access at that point would be the plaintiffs and their advocates.

Levy has filed a countersuit against the girl, her mother and their lawyer, charging extortion and defamation.
