According to Venezuela's Institute for the Defense of People's Access to Goods and Services (INDEPABIS), several concertgoers filed complaints against Evenpro, the company organizing the show, after they arrived at the stadium to discover the VIP seating had gone to other people who paid up to Bs.F 6000 each.

As of Monday, the president of INDEPABIS had fifty complaints and President Hugo Chavez has ordered an investigation of Evenpro. Tsk, tsk, Shakira.
