On August 15 Emma Coronel, a 22-year-old formal beauty queen who married Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman in 2007, gave birth to twin girls at the Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, California.

Chapo, is case you've been hiding under a rock, is Mexico's most fearsome drug lord who heads the Sinaloa cartel. In 2010 Forbes magazine named him the 60th most powerful person in the world.

Emma, a U.S. citizen, left the "Name of Father" spaces on the birth certificate blank. Apparently U.S. federal agents kelp tabs on Emma ever since she crossed crossed the border and until she returned to Mexico. Emma wasn't detained or interrogated because no charges have been filed against her.

@Marcelo, Marcela Coronel, like Laura Zuniga, was a beauty queen in the state of Sinaloa, but are not the same person. If you do not have recent pictures of Emma Coronel, it is preferable to omit the picture of her, instead of putting the photo of another person completely different from the note refers. The only two things in common with these two ladies is the fact that they both are ex-beauty queens, and natives from Sinaloa. Colonel Emma married (18yo) in December 2007 El Chapo to 18 years, and Laura Zuniga was linked to organized crime in December 2008, was established for 40 days, costing him modeling contracts today still struggling to clear his reputation, and you to publish your photo in a completely alien note she did not help anything.
