Yucatan's "Robacalzones" [Underwear Thief] Is Finally Behind Bars

The man (kid?) you see above has been petrifying women in Yucatan's Kanasin municipality for over a year now -- but, after getting caught masturbating inside a victim's home, the "robacalzones" [underwear thief] was finally apprehended.

The "robacalzones'" real name has not been made public, only his kinky crime: stealing women's underthings from clothing lines before and breaking their homes ¡para masturbase! His luck ran out when he broke into the home of man who missed work and busted chones crook white-handed. "Robacanzones" tried to get away by jumping out the window and running off but he was tackled just a few blocks down. 

Local policemen were called to the scene but they refused to take "robacalzones" in because he was "too dirty" (WTF?). Eventually other law officials from the Secretaria De Seguridad Publica took him in:
