What you see above is Emperor Moctezuma's mythical headdress. It's a piece of Aztec gaudery that Mexico has been trying to get back from Austria since before you and I were born. Austria, however, has been acting just like that asshole who used to steal my Lucas chili powder back in elementary school -- being all like "this shit is mine now, brownie." Well guess who finally grew up? Yeah, los Schwarzeneggers:

"The agreement, one that has been negotiated for almost two years, was approved last Tuesday by the Austrian Government and it's meant to decongest the decade-long bilateral dispute over [Moctezuma's] Penacho."

But, again, Austria is LENDING it to Mexico, not giving it back:

"The agreement, negotiated by the cultural ministers of both countries, does not touch on the issue of ownership."

Also, dando, dando y pajarito volando: According to the video below, Mexico will lend Austria the golden carriage Maximilian I of Mexico -- the Austrian emperor Mexicans executed back in 1867 (<- probably the reason why los Schwarzeneggers are acting like dicks) -- and some other Aztec artifact:

The story behind why or how the Austrians acquired the headdress is very convoluted. Some say it was a gift from Moctezuma to Hernan Cortes while others say it didn't even belong to Moctezuma at all. Mexico currently houses a replica of this coveted item in its Museo Nacional de Antropologia.
