Hugo Chavez Forgives You For Wishing His Death — ¡Chocala!

Last Tuesday Hugo Chavez was all "Dude, we're cool --  ¡Chocala!" to anyone that's ever wished for his death:

"President Hugo Chavez said in a videotape broadcast Tuesday on all Venezuelan television networks that he has forgiven all those who have desired his death and he reiterated his faith in God to help him overcome the cancer from which he is suffering. 'For those who have bad wishes for me, I pardon them ... I have great faith in what we’re doing in this intense work against the disease that ambushed me last year… To live, to continue living and each additional day to continue giving this life to a people, to a revolution,' the leftist leader said."

As Jimmy Carter himself will tell you, a lot of people want to cut Chavez -- including famously outspoken Venezuelan Maria Conchita Alonso. So Hugo is forgiving many, many people here. Of course, it's no surprise Chavez is feeling all spiritual and new age-y now that's he's supposedly beating cancer.
