Did you see last night's presidential debate? Yeah, the one that was nationally broadcasted only after the #yosoy132 movement bitched out Televisa and TvAzteca, the two major TV networks in Mexico, for not broadcasting the first debate and playing it down.

This second -- and final -- debate between Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Gabriel Quadri, Enrique Peña Nieto, and Josefina Vazquez Mota wasn't nearly as novelero as the first. I almost fell asleep with a bowl of chips on top on my panza until Josefina started talking shit to Quadi about his affiliation to universally-hated Chucky-lookalike Elba Esther Gordillo. But Quadri was all like "oh no you diiideeent, pinche Josefina!" and pointed viewers to this video which shows Mota calling Gordillo "querida amiga" [dear friend] during a reunion of sorts.

But Josefina wasn't done talking shit; she went on to call AMLO and EPN "two sides of the same coin" but only managed to get lukewarm reactions from both candidates. Oddly, Obrador and Nieto never crossed each other even though, according to Milenio right now, they're the ones leading the polls:
