Cesar Milan Is Helping British People Control Their Crazy Chuchos

I haven't seen or heard much from Cesar Milan ever since Time Warner figured out me and my roommate were somehow getting the National Geographic show for free and finally cut out asses off, but apparently the Dog Whisperer is currently in London helping Brits edumacate their unruly chuchos. (It's hard to tell, but that's London in the background.)
