Mexican president Felipe Calderon has been rumored to be a wino for quite some time now. In the video below, shot during a recent PAN dinner in Queretaro, Felipe can be heard shamelessly singing an out of tune song to a room full of panistas. But was he really drunk? Probably. I mean, why else would anybody perform a sad bastard song without any evident crowd encouragement? Only a drunk-ass dude would think such a thing is socially acceptable. Tragically, I know this first hand.
