64-year-old Jorge Ortiz De Pinedo, AKA Dr. Candido Perez if you're old -- or that that dude from Cero En Conducta if you're not as old -- has lung cancer that, sadly, also spread to his stomach:
"Pinedo was told two weeks ago that he has lung cancer, an ill that also spread to his stomach. The actor received a diagnostic and treatment at the Hosptial de Nutricion Salvador Zubiran in Mexico."
According to TvNotas, a close source also told them Jorge suffers from diabetes and hypertension.
Jorge, whether you like his brand of comedy or not, has been a fixture on TV since the early '80s. He recently played Anahi's dad in Dos Hogares next to the likes of Laura Leon and other people that have been on Televisa -- and by extension Univision -- basically since I was born. (So, yeah, a long-ass time ago.)
