Woman Servers Ex-Boyfriend's Penis With Kitchen Knife, Flushes It [Video]

A jilted lover by the name of Julia Muñoz snuck up on her ex-boyfriend, one Ramon Arias, while he was sleeping, cut his penis off with a kitchen knife, and flushed it down the toilet.

Ramon had been staying at a hostel in Lima, Peru and it was the staff of said hostel that prevented Julia from escaping after she committed the heinous crime. Julia, clearly hysterical, can be seen yelling "he tricked me!" as she's being dragged away by police in the video below:

Amanda Arias, Ramon's sister, claims Julia had been acting "very aggressive" towards her brother but that he didn't think he needed to report her to the police. (Guess he though wrong, eh?)

Since Julia flushed Ramon's penis down the toilet, local doctors told the press he may still be able to have a "semi-normal" life if a prosthetic penis is "implanted." That, of course, is really expensive so Ramon's family is now looking for ways to help cover the costs of the pricey cosmetic procedure.
