Ingmar Guandique, the Salvadoran day laborer who was under suspicion of having killed federal intern Chandra Levy, has now been formally charged with her murder. Guandique is currently servingĀ a 10-year prison sentence in California for two assaults on women in Washington’s Rock Creek Park, both of which occurred around the time of Chandra’s disappearance.
