Silvia Raquenel Villanueva, Celebrated Mexican Drug Lawyer, Shot Dead In Monterrey

Silvia Raquenel Villanueva had been shot more times than 50 Cent over the past decade or so, but it never kept her from continuing her work defending drug lords in Mexico. But the celebrated narco abogado’s luck finally ran out Sunday night in Monterrey, and now she is dead at the age of 55.

Ex-President of Mexico and all around hot dude Vicente Fox complained to CNN that during his presidency, in Mexico’s fight against the drug trade all he got from the U.S. were empty promises and pats on the back. Tijuana Too Dangerous For U.S. Marines

A new order handed down from Lt. Gen. Samuel Helland at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California says Marines are banned from going to Mexico because it’s too dangerous. Semper fi! Or not!
